This is how I do it. You may be able to skip a step or two if you're smarter then me.
My Materials:
(Keep in pouch; Don't use for anything else or it will mysteriously vanish)
- KJV Bible (no copyright issues)
- Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue Highlighters
- Blank typing paper
- Clipboard
- 0.5mm Mechanical pencil
- Soft, fat eraser
- Bound notebook (blank pages with no lines).
- Computer with a simple paint program.
My Procedure:
- Highlight in a King James Version Bible:
- People & objects :
Blue
- Places :
Orange
- Time :
Green
- Key Ideas :
Red
- Subordinate Ideas :
Yellow
I most often do a chapter or less at a time.
- Sketch diagram on blank paper
- Copy final sketch to bound book
- Create equivalent with paint program. Save in GIF or TIF format.
- Double check that nothing is missing or added.
- Submit to Biblephile.org for publication.
